MAX Insurance Agency
Customer Feature: Mr. Be’s Welcome Center
By Diane Hebdon
We just celebrated Valentine’s Day…the day of LOVE. It’s reminded me of why we love our customers. Working together, and actively listening, we learn to trust each other. That trust becomes the foundation for an enduring relationship which grows stronger through the years. For example….
Aecha Lim owns Mr. Be’s Welcome Center on Route 11, north of Harrisonburg. She has insured her convenience store with MAX Insurance Agency for six years. The store is well-stocked, has friendly staff, and their prized service is the FOOD! Amazing breakfast sandwiches, potato wedges, fried chicken, egg rolls and other goodies. She can really cook, and has taught her staff as well. Whenever I meet with her at the store, we laugh together, catch up and she sends me off with a croissant breakfast sandwich. She has become a good friend and we are grateful to have found each other. I stopped by Aecha’s home a couple weeks ago, and she shared a Korean pear with me. Have you ever tasted a Korean pear? I didn’t know what I was missing. If you are local, try the Welcome Center out next time you need to stop for gas. You won’t be sorry.
I’ve been with MAX for almost 8 years, and each year I gain more friends, by getting to know our customers. The entire MAX team is available to support each insured. We are ready to help with home, auto, farm, and business insurance. Give us a call at 800-832-4689 or email me at dhebdon@maxinsurance.com – I’d love to get to know YOU!
